A 6 month programme that will change your life.
We have combined all of our knowledge and industry experience from over the last 10+ years into this 6 month
Professional Development Programme.
The 6 months are split across 4 phases, covering three learning modules that you can move through at your own pace. At the end of the learning modules we will work on implementing everything that you have learned, refining and improving your processes to grow your business and career.

This is a chance for us to meet face to face, to get to know more about you, to fully understand your situation, your objectives, and if you meet our eligibility criteria.

Discover - Phase 01
In this initial phase, we delve deep into understanding who you are as a designer, what you have to offer that is unique and how best to market that offer.
This is an opportunity for self reflection allowing you to build a trustworthy personal brand and to grow your confidence as a professional.
During this phase you will be given your Insights Discovery profile.

Build - Phase 02
Based off the information provided in Phase 01, we will focus on constructing a quality, stand-out offer that targets your ideal client, creating social media content and a solid marketing strategy that focuses on your ideal client and aligns with your values and skillset.
Impact report
Upon completion of your discovery phase, we will provide an in depth report analysing your entire professional profile, including a heuristic website review, in relation to the work that we have done over the previous weeks, highlighting areas for improvement and informing our focus for the rest of the programme.

Implement - Phase 04
We will continue to refine and improve your offer in real time, giving you the support and advice you need to attract your ideal clients, secure new opportunities, and scale your success - in real time. This is an opportunity for us to work on your business and make any improvements and changes as you take on new projects.
We are currently working with architects and designers of all backgrounds, that meet our eligibility criteria; building our knowledge base and connections throughout the industry.
Using this data we are able to identify patterns and understand how each of our clients can navigate the design world to stand out, attract their ideal clients, and reach their desired career goals and lifestyle.
Each phase is crafted to address the unique needs of different types of clients, emphasising the specific outcomes and benefits your service delivers, ensuring potential clients see the direct value and relevance of your offerings to their project.

This first month of the programme will allow us to get to know you and your business, understand how you work and what your goals are. We then use this to provide specific feedback, resources and coaching for the next 5 months, as you move through the programme.
Any questions and tasks will be self paced and we will be on hand to offer any support and guidance, checking in regularly to ensure you are getting the most out of your experience.

I am a practicing, Chartered Architect and a Registered Interior Designer.
I have always felt that there is a disconnect between what we learn to be successful designers and the essential skills needed to run a successful design business.
I feel that the 'one-size-fits-all' approach to design education is outdated and we should be focused on unique solutions that allow designers to celebrate and share their individual talents, fostering creativity, better design and pushing the industry forward; and so, I created this programme.

Why did we create this programme?
The Science behind what we do
Insights Discovery is a psychometric tool that helps you understand yourself, your communication style, and your work preferences.
It will also provide you with the resources you need to understand how others like to communicate and work, hence giving you a competitive advantage when it comes to effectively selling your brand, dealing with clients, or working with colleagues.
Think of the teachers that had the biggest impact on you in school. These teachers were utilising both their innate and their acquired skillset in order to pass on their knowledge of the world to you. The teachers you will remember the most are probably the ones who were highly successful at passing on this knowledge without you even realising that you were involved in a learning process.

How do I take part in a Competition?In order to take part in our Competitions, follow these instructions: 1. Take a look and select your favourite competition site 2. Add it to the basket 3. Complete the checkout process 4. Write down your order number, you will need it in order to submit your entry! Note that each competition site can have more than one competition in it. When you purchase a competition site, you can choose to take part in any, or all, of the competitions available within that site.

Why should I take part in an architecture/design competition?Architecture and design competitions are designed to challenge your critical thinking and creative skills. Both students and professionals are advised to join competitions in order to improve your portfolio and your chances to get your ideal job. How do I submit a competition entry?If you have taken part in one of our Competitions, Awards or Challenges and you wish to submit your entry or design, follow these instructions: Head over to our dedicated Submissions Page You will be asked to either LOG IN or SIGN UP as a member before you can submit Add the details of your entry submission and upload your files. Agree to the Terms and Conditions & click the Submit button Your submission has now been sent to us and will be reviewed after the competition's deadline.

How many people can be in a group to enter a competition?We recommend no more than three people per group as we have seen that this produces the best results. However, this is entirely up to you. We ask that each person creates an account on our website, individually, as we then have multiple points of contact, if needed. It also does not matter which member of your group submits your proposal as you will be asked to give us your unique order number (eg. 10245) that you receive when your group registers for the competition.

What subscriptions do you offer?We offer two types of subscriptions: 1. Our architectural competition subscription Larsen UNLIMITED will give you unlimited access to our competitions, awards, certificates of participation and much much more. (Larsen UNLIMITED is included for free in our Executive service subscription) 2. The service subscriptions Starter, Creative, and Executive give you access to our CV, Portfolio & Careers services to help kickstart your professional profile. NOTE: Our Executive Careers Subscription includes Larsen UNLIMITED for free!
