Within this three-month programme we will work with you through one-to-one mentoring, giving you specific advice and feedback on your work, completing a full professional review, including Cover Letter, CV/Resume, Portfolio and online presence.
We will target specific companies that align with your goals and values and tailoring your offering to fit them.
You will also gain full, unlimited access to all of our design competitions which provide unique project briefs and opportunities to develop your skills, with the chance of winning cash awards.
This is followed by a letter of recommendation to aid you in applying for your new job.

Step 1

We will contact you to discuss how we might be able to help you and ask you to book an Eligibility Call. This will be a short 30 minute call in which we will discuss your current situation and your objectives, and a chance for you to ask us any questions.

If your application is successful and payment has been received, you will be onboarded to our online platform and can begin your introduction and Discovery Phase.

Onboarding
Once you have successfully joined the programme you will be onboarded to our online platform. Here you will have a copy of your signed agreement and detailed information about we will work towards your goals over the next months.

My name is Ryan, creator of Larsen Architecture and this Career Accelerator Programme.
I am a practicing Chartered Architect and a Registered Interior Designer.
I have always felt that there is a disconnect between what we learn to be successful designers and the essential skills needed to run a successful design business.
I feel that the 'one-size-fits-all' approach to design education is outdated and we should be focused on unique solutions that allow designers to celebrate and share their individual talents, fostering creativity, better design and pushing the industry forward; and so,
I created this programme.

The Science behind what we do
