Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where goods are faulty or not as described; they are also entitled to a refund and/or compensation where the seller had no legal right to sell the goods. Thus, no refunds will be provided except where goods are faulty, misdescribed, where we had no legal right to sell the product/s, or under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Your rights may be exercised within 14 days of purchase. Refunds and exchanges outside of these legal grounds are at our discretion. Where we provide services, we reserve the right to provide you with a refund should the service have already been provided. Refunds for services unused or outside the scope of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 will be at our discretion. We may offer you an alternative service, or provide you with a voucher to be used on our website instead. Should a refund be provided for a service, we reserve the right to deduct a cancellation fee or any reasonable expenses arisen.
Returns and refunds for unused items, services, or competitions

Your rights may be exercised within 14 days of purchase, or within 14 days of receiving the item/s, except for bespoke, custom-made or made to measure products or services. The product must then be shipped within 14 days of notifying us about either, your intention to return, or our acceptance of return. Should you fail to ship the product within 14 days of notification, you will lose the right to an exchange, replacement, or refund. You should keep a record and provide evidence or a certificate of posting, once the product has shipped back to us. Should you be unable to provide proof of shipment, and 14 days elapse from the date of notification without receipt of the product, you will lose the right to return/refund.
Upon returning a product, you must package the product sensibly and in a secure way to ensure the package and/or the product do not get damaged. Should we receive a damaged package or product (where the product was not originally damaged), we reserve the right to provide you with a return product or a full or partial refund due to the deduction in value caused by the damage.
No refunds will be provided on digital product downloads. Should there be a fault with the downloadable file, we will aim to replace or fix the file.
Services and programmes booked are non-refundable. Where a service or programme has not been used or started, a refund will be at the sole discretion of Us and only considered if requested within 14 days of payment. Any deposits towards a product, service or programme are intrinsically non-refundable.
Where a refund is to be made from us to you, the amount refunded will include any standard shipping fees originally paid upon purchasing the product. No refunds will be made for express or alternative shipping methods, as these options were at the customers’ discretion. Where we offered free delivery, we will not refund any delivery costs on top of the cost of the product. Any refunds or returns will be actioned or paid after the product is received and inspected by us. We are not liable for any customs, clearance or other costs arisen.
The seller will not be responsible for return shipping costs except where the product is damaged or defective, please see the section for damaged or defective items.
Art Store - Fulfilled by Order A Print
All products available in our art store where the supplier is identified as "Fulfilled by Order A Print" will be managed and shipped on a print-on-demand basis by Order A Print.

Damaged or Defective Items
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our or our partners’ part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, you must contact us immediately.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier or incorrect, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement of the product.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned to us cannot be guaranteed a refund or replacement
We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised; 2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore we reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Gift Cards
Your use of our gift cards constitutes acceptance of these terms:
Gift cards may be applied toward any purchase made at www.larsenliverpool.com only, exclusions apply:
The gift card cannot be used in our Art Store, as the print-on-demand service is completely fulfilled by Order A Print (www.orderaprint.com)
The gift card cannot be used for subscriptions (such as UNLIMITED, or our Careers subscriptions)
They cannot be used for our Photo Albums or any other item that is not considered a "product".
The gift card cannot be used for our services.
They are not exchangeable for cash or replaced if lost or stolen.
Gift cards expire 12 months after purchase, without the option to a return or refund, no other gift card of equivalent value will be given. An expired gift card means the funds are not retrievable in any form by the customer.
One gift card to be used per person.
You may not be able to pay for shipping using a gift card.
Not valid with any other offer or discount.
Not valid during sale or in conjunction with any special promotion.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
Gift cards are non-transferable.
They are not redeemable to purchase gift cards
They may not be sold or transferred.
They are subject to availability.
The terms and conditions of this gift card shall be amended at any time at the discretion of Larsen Liverpool and shall be binding on the customer.
No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the Voucher.
Breach of any of these terms will result in the immediate cancellation of the gift card without prior notice and with no right to a return or refund.
Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions will renew automatically unless the renewal is cancelled at least 2 weeks before their renewal date.
You can cancel the renewal of your subscription from your account profile. Cancelling a subscription's renewal will not automatically grant a refund.
We are unable to consider refunds after the statutory return period mentioned in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 has lapsed. However, you may still cancel your subscription renewal. For any issues, please contact info@larsenliverpool.com.
